Courtney Roades is currently an owner/operator/installer of ECO-TINT and LVPP in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Courtney has been in the window tinting industry for over 11 years and
brings a level of sales, professionalism and customer service which is
hard to find in today's retail/service industry. Courtney is also a paint protection installer,
automotive film installer, and "flat glass" installer! :: TRAINED BY THE BEST!
Courtney graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in
Business Management with emphasis on Human Resource Management in 2001.

Mike Roades is currently an owner/operator/installer of ECO-TINT and LVPP in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Mike has been in the window tinting industry for over 16 years
and brings an experience level that 25+ year industry veterans can't match.
Mike's paint protection experience goes back to 2004 and he
continues to evolve his strong skills as this young industry finds perfection.

Mike is a SEMA Z6 Certified Self-Adhesive Product Specialist, the first and only in the state of Nevada
which means he has taken steps to further his knowledge, commitment, and value to you,
3M Certified Paint Protection Dealer Installer, X-Pel Certified Paint Protection Installer,
software pattern development for Film & Vinyl Designs LLC,
Authorized LLumar Window Film & Magnum Security Film Dealer Installer,
Authorized LLumar Paint Protection Dealer Installer,
Venture Shield Dealer Distributor Installer,
and graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science in 2001.
